Wonderful Agriculture Career Prep

We created Wonderful Agriculture Career Prep (Ag Prep) because we believe in our students’ ability to succeed academically and professionally. And our students are thriving—80% of our current twelfth graders are on track to meet all four-year college entrance requirements, and 70% are on track to earn their Associate of Science in Agriculture upon high school graduation.

Seven High Schools. Three Pathways.
One Big Reward.

This innovative career pathways program aligns high schools, colleges and industry to prepare students for high-tech jobs. Students choose from three career pathways: ag business management, ag mechanics, and plant science. College professors teach classes at each high school. And students earn free college credits.

Our students graduate high school with an Associate of Science degree, all tuition-free. They can then enter our skilled Ag workforce with a guaranteed high-paying job ($35,000–$50,000/year), or they can enter a four-year college as a junior, finishing in half the time and at half the cost
